Sam Wylde is a restauranteur, independent food stylist, hospitality and event consultant with a huge love and respect for food, drink and cooking. Having worked in all departments of hotels and restaurants, Sam has gained an in-depth knowledge of his trade from the front line.
An arts degree in photography; young, dynamic approach; passion for health and wellbeing and a flare for creativity underpin the twenty-two years he has worked in the food industry. Sam lovesd to develop menus and train a team from menu conception through to the effortless aesthetics of food on the plate.
